Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 22,000 28,000 (Highly competitive for the Spanish market).

Responsibilities

• Engage with the Brazilian market, either by qualifying sales leads (SDR focus) or providing expert customer/technical support.
• Manage communication across various channels (phone, email, chat) in fluent Brazilian Portuguese.
• Work collaboratively with international teams to meet client satisfaction and sales pipeline targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Native or high-level fluency (C1/C2) in Brazilian Portuguese (written and verbal) is essential.
• Fluent English is required for internal communication.
• Previous experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Support is highly desired.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a keen interest in technology or B2B operations.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU/Spain.
