Compensation & Benefits

A competitive salary and market-leading incentives are offered, specifically designed to support your move abroad:

• Base Salary: 18,000 22,000 per year.
• The Relocation Package: This is the key incentive, typically including paid flight to Athens, taxi from the airport, and initial accommodation support  2 weeks in a hotel or furnished apartment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and service (B2C or B2B) in your native or fluent European language via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality.
• Work within a large, highly international team environment in Athens.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required for internal communication.
• Native or C1/C2 fluency in a high-demand European language German, French, Italian, Dutch, Nordic languages, etc is essential.
• Strong interest in moving to and living in Athens, Greece.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU.
