Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 20,000- 25,000 (Competitive rate for Italian fluency in Spain).

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries from the Italian market (B2C or B2B) via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to resolve questions and issues regarding products, services, order status, or billing.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's internal system.

Requirements

  • Native or high-level fluency (C1/C2) in Italian (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Fluent English is required for internal communication and documentation.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, retail, or BPO/Call Center environment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle high volumes of communication.
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU/Spain.
